From Gavin

First up – thank you for helping me – and doing something to help stop people hurting and killing themselves.

I tried to launch this project last year and it was a dismal failure – we raised a total of $100 and $50 of that was from me anonymously.

Rather than stand in the corner and suck my thumb, I spent the last several months learning what makes a successful crowdfunding campaign, and have intensely worked the past 3 months creating the entire system – writing blogs, building websites etc.

But, frankly, I can’t do this without you.

I need help, good humans.

Giving a little time can make a big difference– the key to making this initiative successful is spreading the message as far and as wide as possible so we can attract a tribe of people who care about this issue and our message can become self- perpetuating.

To build momentum we need to ‘prime the pump’ of the incentivized sharing system, which means using the download links that we have created.

There are incentives (rewards and prizes) for sharing the message and to make it work properly, we need to drive to people to the right places.

We’re pushing a boulder up a hill and every extra set of hands is invaluable.

Here are a number of resources that you can use to understand the project.

Feel free to use any and all of them.
